Description

This 28-inch (70 cm) food-grade plastic spoon is designed for high-temperature use in brewing and winemaking. Ideal for stirring boiling malt extract, mixing must or wort, and stirring directly in fermenters without damaging equipment.

The long length allows you to reach deep into kettles, pails, and carboys while keeping hands safely away from heat. A small paddle on the opposite end is sized to fit through a carboy neck, making it easy to stir inside narrow-neck vessels.

Unlike metal utensils, this plastic spoon will not scratch plastic fermenters, helping extend the life of your equipment.
