The 11.5 litre (3 US gallon) PET carboy is the ideal fermentation vessel for small-batch winemaking and homebrewing. Designed for passionate beer and wine makers, this carboy is manufactured in Canada using 100% virgin, food-grade PET material with no plasticizers and is completely BPA-free.

Perfect for secondary fermentation, test batches, or bulk aging smaller volumes of wine or beer, this 11.5 L carboy is fully taste- and odour-neutral and impermeable to oxygen, helping protect your fermentation from oxidation. The smooth, rib-free walls prevent yeast and sediment buildup, making it exceptionally easy to clean and sanitize between uses.

This durable PET carboy is safe to reuse repeatedly when properly sanitized and is rated to withstand up to 15 PSI of pressure. It accepts a #10 stopper, making it compatible with standard airlocks and fermentation accessories.

• Do not clean with water hotter than 53°C (127°F)

• Do not use below 2°C (35°F)
